★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I knew Bugis Street Restaurant had a strategic location, but the warm staff was unexpected. I couldn't finish my meal because of the large serving. The pricing structure encourages repeat visits. The team delivers warm service and dish understanding. It's difficult not to admire Bugis Street Restaurant.
August 16 · Vanessa CastilloUpscale restaurant attached to the Millennium hotel (now a part of Hilton) decent breakfast with a unique ancient Indian dish: Congee. The servers are very attentive and there is a nice mural on the north wall. Highly recommended if you get the complimentary breakfast.
August 28 · Danny DIYVery limited menu but it seems authentic for Singaporean food. The pre-fixe menu was a good deal from what we could tell:-the baked spare ribs were a hearty sized portion for an appetizer.-curry chicken was delicious-dessert was Junior's cheesecake with berries / compoteThere were a few "American" dishes for the non-adverturous, like burgers, etc. for the desperate hotel guests I suppose. It was surprising that it wasn't as busy as you would think for a Time Square adjacent business. It was also surprising that the napkins were paper, not cloth napkins. Considering that restaurant is part of the Millennium Hotel and that the rest of the table settings were fairly nice. Not sure if we would go back unless we saw new items on the menu.
October 07 · Trung TieuAs someone who grew up in asia, I really appreciated the authentic taste of the food served here. We ordered Singaporean Laksa and Curry both were amazing. The potato in the curry freaked me out for how sweet it was without being mushy. Compliments to the chef!
September 30 · Kharisma SommersExpensive and small portion. Mango Salad is a disaster.
