Very greasy ,over cooked boneless wings will cut the top of your gums , super salty fries and over priced. The service started off good until the manager came to ruin the experience. I'm not sure if she was even a manager she acted like so unprofessional and she was very unorganized. The whole experience was not professional at all. If you go into any location and their machines aren't working that is inconvenient for the customers. If you make mistakes which we all do ,take personal responsibility and then offer something to make the customers happy . Don't become argumentative and aggressive with the paying customers. This isn't just a reflection of the location but all locations. If your a franchise owner have the same standards of professionalism as the other locations. This is not something I want to pay to experience. I do not recommend this location specifically. They have other locations that do not act like customers don't matter. At this location you won't experience the best out of Cheesesteaks. They fall extremely short of quality fast food restaurants. Unfortunately this manager puts her own ego before good customer service. It's very disappointing to have such an unpleasant experience while paying for food. Hopefully corporate addresses the issues because this woman is going to eventually cause a lawsuit for trying to physically fight customers while wearing a shirt with their logo on it. Take responsibility for this unprofessional behavior asap.

I ordered the 2 for 10 deal, and a shake last week for a total of $16.23. I placed my order at 4:37, the app informed me that my food should be ready at 4:43. This location is in Walmart so I shopped while waiting. At 4:55 I came to retrieve my order and the only thing that was ready was my shake! 18 minutes, and no sandwiches? But other orders were on the grill and being prepared. I arranged a ride and I needed to leave. The line cook asked me to wait two more minutes for my order. I declined the invitation to waste more time and asked for a refund. I was told it had to be done through the app since it was an online order. As of today, 6 days later, I have yet to be contacted by management about my experience, nor have I receive my refund. Moral of the story, they make good food but God help you if anything goes wrong.

Charley's came to my life extremely randomly, I have never heard of it until today! I was in Walmart and just got done with doing inventory at all three of my properties, I currently manage in Houston, and I saw this restaurant in the Walmart that I had never seen before. The pictures looked delicious, and I just had to try one of their cheesesteaks. The Walmart I frequent in Atlanta has a Subway inside of it and I'll be honest I am not a fan of Subway, I was starving while shopping then suddenly I was overcome with joy because I got to try a new place.When I got to the register there was no one in line so I was taking my sweet time making my choices, I ended up going with the classic cheesesteak and a real blueberry lemonade, the cashier was really young and we had a casual conversation while my food was being made.I got my order and I was so hungry I decided that I was going to eat right then and there. The space was really big, they had plenty of tables and chairs, they actually had a cool backdrop and throne you can take pictures on! It's really cool to see. If I had someone with me, I would have taken a flick.The food was tasty, I honestly don't know if it was because I had not eaten all day, and my taste buds were heightened, but my cheesesteak tasted a bit salty. Again, in their defense, I worked out and played basketball all day without eating, so that could throw my taste out of whack. With all that being said, the food was good, very filling, I do believe I received an adequate amount of food that I paid for, and that is always something to smile about. Next time, I am going to try their chicken and one of their milkshakes.

Take it from someone who used to work at this charley’s, it’s a great place to eat but whatever you do stay the hell away from this one. If you get the horrific & unlucky experience that the manager takes your order or helps you, just leave bc she is very unprofessional and rude and everything in between as you can tell by others that have complained about her already in these reviews(there is a HUGE & VALID reason for all of them as ive heard the way she talks to customers). Along with the numerous amount of COCKROACHES & GNATS in the restaurant just go to ANY other charleys. It truly sucks when you have a great staff but the manager is the one that throws the atmosphere extremely off for staff AND customers. EAT AT ANY OTHER CHARLEYS.

It's just ok.The sad part is I probably won't go back...It's missing something that I cannot put my hands on. This place has potential, but.... I really don't know what it is missing. Maybe the love of cooking the food, Maybe it's to clean decor. A philly cheese steak is a messy sandwich. Meat, bell pepper,and mushrooms should be falling off the sandwich when I take my first bit. The clean decor from the outside look of the building, and Inside looks really nice. It draws me in, but the expectation for a messy sandwich is what I'm expecting. Maybe the QUALITY of meat, Quality sirloin, season on the meat ( salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, marjoram, and basil)(placing it in a small bowl, and then Placing the beef in a large bowl next sprinkling the seasoning mixture over top and stir to coat)caramelized onions, red, green and yellow bell peppers sitting in a corner on the grill charred waiting for me to order them, QUALITY stringy mozzarella cheese, QUALITY mild or sharp provolone, a QUALITY Marinara sauce, marinade meat, nice grilled buttered hoagie bun... I really don't know. I'm just rambling, and thinking 🤔💭. I hope they figure it out because I really want to like this place.(20 mins later)I had to come back. The cups are too nice. I don't need nice looking cups with the store logo. The fountain drinks were flat. The sandwich is too pretty, and gives me a little spread cheese on the bun not too much just a little. The menu holds me at the register too long. Give me more pictures and less words. They are giving more Subway feel, and not a Philly feel. Give me a food truck feel. Now that is where you get some great Philly cheese steaks. Train the crew on a food truck, maybe that is it. Again I'm just thinking 🤔
