My organization worked with Chef Frank for our 200 person fundraiser in May at our venue. The food and service was amazing and we received many compliments from our guests. We had a table with appetizers from cheese to to his signature mini empanadas to crab cakes - it was excellent. Diner buffet included paella rice, pernil, roasted veggies, yuca, strawberry salmon and sweet plantains. Chef Frank provided personal attention and his joyous personality to the event. Highly recommend. - Catherine Clarke
