They opened today, Thursday, 3-6-25. The reviews from a week ago are fake bots. Google needs to fix that. One thing Yelp can claim as a win.It’s smaller than the midtown spots, but I doubt they’ll have the same kind of lines.The workers were not as “cult like” as the standard spots you’d find in the south & definitely less midtown and more from around the way. That said: sus to the future customer service vibe from here that one is used to from the brand…on to the food…Maybe it was just first day jitters. The fries were undercooked, under seasoned & room temp- like they’d been sitting out for a few. Weird. I tossed most of it.The sandwiches were standard you’re used to with the chain. They forgot two of my sauces, though. That bummed me out because I wasn’t gonna walk back.If this was McDonald’s - I could get over the slight disappointments, because you lower your standards. But, I expect better, service & execution from this brand, because I’ve had it down south for years. However, it’s gonna be hard for them to find the same friendly attitudes & consistent execution from the talent pool in this city for this industry. TBD.Lastly, get the app. Ordering from it is such a breeze and obviously much faster, smaller lines, if any. You’re welcome.

Very nice place, I know it’s relatively new so it shows everything looks great, service is amazing everybody was so welcoming and kind.These arr the best chicken nuggets I’ve had, fries and drink were amazing too, everything felt fresh and perfectly salted.

95% of the time I go there I order GRILLED chicken nuggets and I’m always given regular ones. Today I decided to inform the manager about it because I had a limited break time and went all the way back to work to then notice my order was wrong AGAIN and all the manger could do was take the regular nuggets back and say “sorry the cashier has a language barrier !” It’s ridiculous and besides the fact that I was the only customer and the manager knew she had a language barrier, I should have been properly compensated for the Continued inconvenience.

The food was really fresh & fast. Surprisingly the service has been better than other Chick-Fil-As in the area. Gabriel made sure we were taken care of and my order was ready as soon as I finished paying 🤯 the staff was friendly and cheerful definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A 🙌
