The service was fast and the chicken strips were fresh and cooked well. I found the chicken sandwich to be very basic, I would say normal like any other, with a delicious vanilla shake.

Cleanish restaurant, lots of space for the queue and to walk through the lobby with strollers, shopping bags, etc. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Better than some of the locations in the city.

i've had my 3rd ever Chick-Fil-A experience & twice at this location-- both were good experiences! They're pretty fast surprisingly, given how crowded it gets. So now i finally get the hype over their food. I couldn't really remember my first experience but it was somewhere in Manhattan, but i know i didn't dislike it. Tried their grilled chicken nuggets for the very first time & they were beyond divine!! i would get them again in the future so that i can put it over a bed of veggies w my fave dressing. Chefs kiss to whoever created their grilled nuggets!! i enjoyed their mac n cheese--first time having that as well--but ive had better. i'd get it again though. This location looks pretty clean too. The customer service is great. The cute guy with the baby afro gave me a free cookie with my order for apparently waiting long but it didn't feel like it, hah! Kudos to their great customer service!! Wish they offered tips to their hard working employees there for sure! i ended up giving a couple of bucks here & there for a few of the workers there

05-02-2025: Ordered a chicken wrap and the chef didn’t add any chicken. By the time I realized i was eating a veggie wrap it was too late.Edit 05-05-2025: The supervisor honored my receipt! Replaced the wrap without much issue. Super courteous and professional.
