The staff wasn't terrible, but you could tell no one wanted to be there. It wasn't busy on a Tuesday evening. Asked for cherries on top of the shake and didn't get them. When we asked for it, it was like asking them to move mountains. I happily said thanks several times while they were correcting their mistake, and they responded with silence 😂. The fries were the most stale fries I've ever had from a Chick-fil-A (and we normally LOVE the fries). Would have gone back to ask for fresh fries (we ordered 3 large ones), but I felt like it would have been a terrible imposition given their attitude about the cherries. It was a bit funny in a sad way 😂. Wish I checked the other reviews before coming to this one.

The staff behind the counter is completely clueless. There is no line to order but you have people waiting over 25 minutes for their food. I see chicken sandwiches that are lined up just waiting for them to bag them but they are so confused and don't know what to do the one in Yonkers is so well organized this place needs more staff or better staff not sure is so well organized this place needs more staff or better staff not sure

The Good: I did get my order quickly.The Bad: None of the normal Chick Fil A ambience or manners. Absolute teenage mayhem behind the counter. Gave us like 10 polynesian sauce when we asked for BBQ sauce. Badly oversalted fries.And to top it off the nuggets were fried to an absolute crisp - they were dark brown and SUPER tough. We ended up throwing them away.Left feeling disappointed and stomachaches from the salt. If this were my first time trying Chick Fil A I would never come back.
