The service was really rude and unpolite and the food was not good. Because it was so loud, I coudn‘t hear what Akilah said ( the employee‘s name) and she rolled with her eyes after I didn‘t understand everything directly( maybe just be nicer, not everyone knows how this works and understand everything you‘re saying directly). When I wanted to give her the money she looked away and I stood there didn’t know what to do and after asking her where I should pay( because she didn’t communicate well with me, I didn’t understand it) she answered me totally rude and rolled with her eyes: Maybe you can give ME the money. That was totally mean and nasty. Overall the food was not good, we are never gonna go there again, and our employee was just unacceptable…Also : this is coke?! There was more water than coke…

PROs- location , sandwich taste , price . Quick foodCONs- atmosphere was average, no seating, no veggies in burger 🍔First timer . Wanted to grab a quick sandwich for lunch . Was looking g through options and ordered the spicy chicken 🍗 sandwich . Just took them a minute to make . Basically they dump a spicy chicken fried piece in between a bun and give it . All they had was a couple of pickles 🥒 in the sandwich. Wish they had more veggies , tomatoes, lettuce etc . Tasted ok .. it was like eating a chicken fry ! No taste of sandwich .Price was ok. I ordered the sandwich alone and costed about 8$. Not bad ! The combo was about 13$… no seats ! Just stand and eat which was a bit wierd. Atmosphere inside was average . Overall a good experience but could have been better ..

The food at every Chick-Fil-A is one thing: Consistently good. These folks don't mess up their formula, & good for them. This location on Park Ave is still relatively new-ish, it's clean, and the employees are OK. If you're used to the friendly Chick-Fil-A staff in the South, you will notice a big [negative] difference when compared to the staff here in NY. And you might say, well that's just NY, but error: It might be NY, but that's not Chick-Fil-A. They recently added some seating at this location, but it's single stool-chairs at a bar that fits maybe 8 people. So if you're planning a family outing or whatnot, or have a date, this isn't your place. If you want a quick-ish grab and go (because they are a tad slow on the service here too), it's a safe-ish bet. Chick-Fil-A has improved its serving sizes, but the prices have really sky rocketed. But I guess that's everywhere now. In short, this Park Ave location is good enough for what you're paying for... nothing more, nothing less.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered an Americano, but the staff didn’t know what that was. I then asked for a regular black coffee with regular milk (cow’s milk), and the employee Tailah questioned what I meant by “regular milk.” After I clarified, she simply walked away without helping me.When I asked to speak with a manager, both Tailah and Nelson Gutierrez told me that “everyone here is a manager” and refused to get anyone else. I asked again and was denied. I left the restaurant feeling ignored and disrespected.Unacceptable customer service.
