Great food. An extra sandwich and fries got added on to our order, and sadly we didn't notice until our order came. We took the whole tray right away up to the counter but, as we figured would be the case, they couldn't take the food back and kindly refunded our money for the sandwich and fries we didn't order but got charged for. Very kind and friendly staff. We were surprised that a lot of the tables were dirty though and so we had to clean our own table and we overheard a worker say to another customer "oh we don't have anyone working the dining room right now and I'm working on door dash orders so I can't clean the tables right now". We were pretty surprised to hear that, he was kind and not rude saying it, but typically chick-fil-a locations are always clean and ready to go. We will be back when in the area, but just kinda surprised about the dining room having the dirty tables.

I was part of a group of about 13 Canal Winchester, Ohio Home Depot associates who had just completed a Team Depot project for Sleep in Heavenly Peace. We stopped by the Grove City Chick-fil-A for lunch. The place was rocking. The parking lot was full, the drive-through was busy, and the line inside was backed up. But everything was moving and the staff was friendly and efficient. We didn't have to wait long to get our food, which was hot and delicious. It was a wonderful end to a great day.

We had a late lunch, so we missed the craziest time of day. At 2pm as we ate the always good food, there was an employee, Dan, cleaning tables. This fellow was in constant motion, even going so far as to clean up little spills on the floor with napkins. Impressive work ethic! Good job Dan!
