★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very cozy restaurant. Was seated at the counter space in front of the action. Everything was absolutely delicious. Probably some of the best oysters I’ve ever had. The squid and scallion skewers were inhaled before I could grab a photo. The timing and pacing was perfect, being in front of the chef has its perks . Would definitely recommend and return.
May 29 · Chad HarrisVery good food, great service, nice atmosphere. The fish are done perfectly.4 star because there are fishes that the cost and portions size are not align. Poach trout cost 40$ the size of the fish is 3 bites. Oysters was very very small.
May 24 · Maya kastGreat seafood place and has a cozy and comfortable ambiance with yummy food that’s not too fancy or complicated. Would definitely come back for a date night or even just a simple treat myself dinner.Started off with the tuna tartare which was flavorful and on the crustiest bread. Fish was fresh and cut perfectly to size so it still had a good mouthfeel. Scallion and squid skewers were lemony and tender and a great bite (wish it was bigger)!Fish and chips were a classic we had to order and I must say they skimped a bit on the chips but the fish was flaky, buttery, and very crispy crunchy on the outside. Tartar sauce was great even if the portion was smaller (I wanted more sauce)!
June 04 · Rowena MaThis place has become my recent favorite in New York. The scallop dish is the best I’ve tried—the combination with fruit and uni adds a delightful creamy, sweet, and tangy flavor. I also highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding. Although it looks traditional and might not seem impressive at first glance, it’s now my favorite dessert in New York. Its texture and sweetness are just perfect. The restaurant is small and intimate, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it ideal for a special occasion. Reservations are recommended.
July 22 · Weina LiThere was nothing wrong with Dame but at the same time nothing stood out. The grilled squid was not flavorful in any way even with the green sauce that was on top. The fish and chips were fine but I did not like the choice of fish and found it to be more gelatinous compared to pollock or cod. There was also a slight bitter taste to all of the fried food, not enough to be off putting but certainly enough to notice. The service was good and they had a nice wine selection.
