The games are fun and there are a good amount to choose from. The food and service wasn’t great. We had to wait at least 10 min for the host to come sit us down and then another 20 min for our server to come take our order. They weren’t very busy so I’m not sure why everything took so long. This was my first time trying the food here and it was alright but nothing I would go back to get. Honestly I would recommend just going for the games and skipping the food overall.

It costs a fortune, a lot of the games didn't work and the ones that did were pretty lame, the food was greasy and bland, and it was hard to get any service. I don't know how they stay in business. I can think of a lot of better ways to blow $100 per person in about an hour and a half, but at least it wasn't crowded.

First timers, around 1pm was a 25 min wait, no issue we got to play while we waited. Took actually 45 mins for a table for 4. We got drinks pretty fast menu had loads of options. Our waitress informed me that we couldn't do any upgrades that was offered due to I ordered the play an eat on the kiosk. Her service was very lacking. I being new I ask alot of questions usually was having a hard time getting any answers from her from menu options to refills. I snagged a passing employee Antwan he turned our trip 180°. He answered my questions and turned our service up. The food portions are amazing for the price, the games are top of the line any issues we had a worker fixed in mins. We will definitely stop back when we travel again. Highly recommend funnel cake fries.

We planned to stop at this location after meeting halfway to drop my oldest son off to go back to visit friends who live in Indiana my husband myself, and our other four kids were with us so after a 2 Hour Dr. it was a plan to just hang out somewhere and have some fun before heading Two hours back home. We spent basically $300 to get cards loaded to play games only for two adults and four kids. That being said the place was a bit busy but it was a weekend so that was expected, some games were down for maintenance or broken, and a lot of games seemed to lag or just simply wouldn’t work and weren’t even marked they were unavailable. But that’s not even the bad part. We didn’t partake in food we already ate elsewhere and knew the food reviews here were terrible so we didn’t bother. Here’s the kicker. The newest game room, is $20 extra and you get to play for 20-30 mins and as many people as you want to involve in this amount of time. I’ve never experienced this room but my husband and step son have a month ago and enjoyed it. So we pay and go to the room, long story short the system is frozen for this room. It won’t take our card, maintenance comes over tried a few things and still can’t get the room up and running, it’s 8pm and we don’t have anymore time to hang out so we said we have a two hour trip to get home we need a refund, we proceed to the counter where I paid for this room, and a manager comes up, basically asks what’s going on then proceeds to offer me a gift card I said no thank you I’m not local, I want a refund he then tells me they can’t do anything today I have to wait for it to hit my bank, I asked for a some sort of proof such as a review and he had nothing to give me, we bantered back and forth and he gave me my original receipt and managers card and said he refund would process he next day. It’s been four days and I still haven’t received it and the money did process. It’s $20 I know that’s not much money but it wasn’t handled professionally and they didn’t seem to care at all that we were walking out on faith that a refund was coming. Just really upsetting that the visit was cut short due to the room being down first off then the fiasco with the refund not being handled properly at all. Needless to say we aren’t going back anytime soon.

Overall I had a good experience, the waitress was friendly and provided great service. However, I ran into an issue where I paid for the 2 game meals where you can get credits and a meal for less money. I purchased the 90 minute unlimited game pass because I thought that would be a great deal. Well truns out only games with the blue and green card readers can be played with the 90 minute unlimited game pass. I would understand if it was just for those claw machines and machines you could win a prize from but it was also applied to games like Minecraft and DDR. I was upset because we ate first and our menus made no mention of this unless you read the fine print which I find to be a highly deceptive business practice. In the end the manager was wonderful and resolved my issue and my issue isn't with the staff at all that's why I gave 5 stars because of the staff alone. My issue is with D&B corporate who hides this fact to what I consider is scam people into spending more money when they wouldn't otherwise. If I just bought credits I would have spent maybe $20 each instead I thought I would be nice and get both the kids a $60 unlimited combo thinking they could play any game they wanted. My issue isn't with the fact the claw machines and other prize machines don't accept the unlimited card, it's that games that give no rewards also are blocked from being played like DDR and Minecraft. Which are the 2 games the kids wanted to play the most. Manager made it clear for possible future visits yet I think D&B are wrong for hiding that this card doesn't work with every non-prize giving game making me spend more than I would have spent otherwise. Every place I have been that has an arcade that does the unlimited cards are truly unlimited and every game works with the card unless it is something where you can win a prize which i understand. If I do go back it would be because of the service as the games are more expensive than most arcades I visit and when you market something as unlimited most customers will take that to mean unlimited not limited unlimited.
