Vegetarian and vegan options!I tried this time the Crispy Sunflower Salad with and addition of Beluga Lentils... OMG the lentils were so so sooooo awsome!!Also, I had the Rose Chocolate Mousse, with a Heart-Opening Rose tea. The mousse has a perfect level of sweet for me, as I'm very sensitive and try usually to be very away of sugar. Plus, it has good sweet, as it's swetened with dates, not sugar. Delicious desert, I really enjoyed it!The ambient is calm and invites you to relax. The place is super clean and very nicely and coherent decorated. They take care of every detail, from the menu presentation, tables, dishes and decoration. From floor to walls, furnishings, lamps and ceilings, you can notice the beutiful and very well curated style.Menu is very wide and variedI love the Ayurvedic menu idea, as I'm very connected to yoga practice.
