★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Cool little dumpling spot in the food hall. Ordered the large steamed dumplings, fried chicken wontons and a wonton soup. The dumpling sauce is fire. I think it makes the meal definitely. They also have smoothies and teas with tapioca. Would go during morning times as a lot of food is made fresh and can run out.
March 20 · Matt ForneyDoozo's Dumpling and Noodle in McKinney St. Houston Texas is a great place to go for a light lunch. The dumplings are delicious, especially the spinach dumplings. The fried rolls and sweet and sour soup are also very good.I recently had the opportunity to have lunch at Doozo's with my friend. She had recommended the restaurant to me, saying that they had great spinach dumplings. I was not disappointed! The spinach dumplings were perfectly cooked, with a thin wrapper and a generous filling of spinach and other ingredients. They were served with a dipping sauce that was both flavorful and not too salty.I also tried the fried rolls and sweet and sour soup. The fried rolls were crispy and golden brown, with a delicious filling of ground pork and vegetables. The sweet and sour soup was tangy and refreshing, with a good balance of sweet and sour flavors.Overall, I had a great experience at Doozo's Dumpling and Noodle. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a light lunch or a quick bite to eat.
November 10 · Mocmoc PDoozo, more like DONT ZO! this occurred at the TMC commons location but that location is not available to review so I’m putting it here. Spring rolls wrapped so tight in plastic that the actual wrap came off with it. Big ass thick ass chicken dumplings not cooked fully. BLEH
June 10 · Alex LarsonUpdate: They're back! I havent seen the cursed chilli oil anymore and the blessed chilli paste is back. I have only tried the veggie dumplings and the wonton soup, which were good. They are doing really good and I hope they keep it up!Old review: This place used to be the best. However, I am giving it 1 star for the following reasons and it might sound a bit harsh but it is not my intention to be mean, I just want to raise awareness to management:The dumplings are usually good. There might be some off days but not too often and it's fine. The sauce. The sauce makes or breaks this meal. They keep trying to add this disgusting chili oil sauce. Today was the last straw. They changed the normal ginger sauce and added the chilli oil to it. It does not contribute to the taste. The chilli paste was the best and it looks like they got rid of it (I hope not). Please stop using the chilli oil. I don't even know what kind of oil they are using. It's a real shame because this was once one of the best lunch spots downtown.I will check in periodically and update my review.
July 16 · Daniel L.Got the dumplings. Dough was raw in parts and they were overall tasteless couldn’t finish more than 2 before feeling like I had to throw up.
