A hidden gem. Fishmarket unpretentiously serves delicious Malaysian food. It’s hard to tell from the outside what cuisine it serves, but once you enter , you’re in for a treat. This was my third time here, and I love their laksa and mama crispy shrimp fried rice. I know I have to explore the rest of the menu, but they are just so good!!! Laksa broth was creamy and did not skim in the coconut milk! There were many pan fried toppings that most restaurants in the states don’t bother to prepare. The fried rice had various crunchy bites making me want more and the shrimp was crunchy in its own way and not over cooked. If you’re there when mama chef is there, AMAZING!! - Alice Fung
