★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The decor was amazing but that’s about where it ends. I think it has a ton of potential but the bar/drinks are very limited and weren’t great. All the tables were dirty and it wasn’t very busy. No one tells you where to sit etc so you just walk around aimlessly wondering if you seat yourself etc. I asked the host and she said to ask a server so I asked the server and he just shrugged and said “I don’t know”. I found it odd that they played rap music the whole time and zero Christmas music. I think Christmas music would have made the experience 100x better. Again, the decor is phenomenal and our server himself was very nice and attentive but I think the communication between staff to customers needs work shopped
January 01 · Lorna DaltonThere is no organization at the top level where you sit and get food. No one really took care of us we had to keep flagging the waiter down. He would pay more attention to other tables. We had to sit ourselves. The table was dirty. The table was clean when we asked when he finally came to us to get our drinks order. He took about 30 minutes to come back to get our food order. The main attractions are the photo options which are really nice but the staff is terrible.
December 27 · Raylane PichardoCame in with low expectations, given the reviews and that your ticket cost doesn’t come with anything, just entry…and was pleasantly surprised! Sure, one of the security guys was a bit gruff, but everyone else working there that I interacted with was really polite and kind. The Christmas decor is out of this world. So beautiful and colorful. Music was good but loud, as expected. I liked the coquito drink, couldn’t taste any alcohol though. My friend got one of the vodka drinks. Seating seemed to be first come first served so we grabbed a table as soon as people left. Really fun spot with tons of photo ops and multiple floors to check out.
December 09 · Emily FligelWe absolutely LOVED Frosty’s! Went last Sunday and had a great brunch! Very good food, service and holiday cocktails - and decent prices for NYC! Loved the decor and atmosphere - so festive and fun! We met the GM Joe and he was very nice, telling us about the setup and taking pics! Can’t wait to come back on our next NYC Christmas visit!!
December 11 · Sara DIt’s exactly as pictured. Absolutely filled with decorations. The drink menu has cute holiday drinks. However, be aware that even though you buy tickets it is completely oversold. It’s too packed to move around comfortably, not enough seating, and little to no chance of taking advantage of the photo ops.
