★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came here thanks to a recommendation for my birthday during my NYC trip. Absolutely loved it! The vibes were amazing, the food was to die for. Love that it was BYOB and could bring a wine of my choice. Thank you to the servers and chefs for making my first omakase experience a great one.
July 27 · Maricris Tamayo3H Sunday in NYC, hot, hazy humid. We hate giving 5 star reviews because we'll probably never be able to get seating again😞, but it's well deserved. The highlight was Eric the Itamae with over 25 years of experience. He was professional, entertaining and doted over every preparation. The folks seated next to us were also friendly and engaging. Overall the ingredients were very fresh (usually not so much on a 3H Sunday in NYC) and the 13 pieces were more than enough to fill our sushi hankerings. Not the most extraordinary of exotic selections, but caviar, wagyu, foie gras and the premium ingredients were present. BYOB is AOK here with a cold, crisp sauvignon blanc from Marlborough as the perfect pairing. Relaxed, casual, and totally satisfying.
June 24 · M LeeThis was such a special experience. The chef was phenomenal and very friendly and interactive, as were the hosts. By far the best omakase we’v had, as the fish was very fresh and prepared right in front of you. Highly recommend!
August 03 · Danielle DefoeAmazing night with great food and company. Chefs and owner were attentive and very friendly, cracking jokes and engaging with everyone. Each piece was well thought out with nothing overpowering the main ingredients. They can accommodate for allergies and swap out pieces that you don't want to try but I would highly recommend trying all of them since the quality of their fish is really good. Would come back every time!!! 超好吃 👍🏻👍🏻
April 14 · RFood was pretty good but it’s one of those omakase places where clearly they’re just bootstrapping it and it’s not really set up to be a restaurant. There are plenty of other reasonably priced omakase spots with better ambience
