For anyone in New York City looking for an authentic and satisfying street food experience, Halal Harlem is an absolute must-try. The most compelling reason to choose this cart is the **unmatched quality of its food**. Many customers have declared it one of the best halal meals they've ever had, with special praise for the lamb gyro. The meat is not just good; it's praised for being freshly cooked and flavorful, a significant detail that can make all the difference with food carts. The generous portions of both meat and fresh vegetables are another huge draw, ensuring you get a very filling and satisfying meal for a fair price.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1it was actually one of the best halal I’ve had. I’m not kidding. the cart, Halal Harlem, was established in 2002. the guy working it was a little slow but that’s bc his experienced hands will make your lamb gyro on pita with so much care. be patient and you’ll get the best halal you ever tasted. he didn’t skimp on the meat or veggies. there was onions, tomatoes, and lettuce!! some places give you lettuce and call it a day. He charges fair prices! I love Harlem Halal like I love the M116. with gratitude in my heart and wallet.
June 25 · Lamesa NashratReally good combo gyro. Sometimes food truck chicken and lamb can be a bit stale, but this tasted freshly cooked. Very filling.
July 04 · Hamza MirzaBest halal cart at Harlem (Lenox Ave & 125th st). Every week I go there for my lunch..Love their combo rice or Combo Gyro👌🏻! Well cooked chicken/lamb ! Check out this place.. You will love it!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
December 14 · tasmiah choudhuryBeen eating here since 2010, food has stayed consistent through the years. The cooks always have a genuine attitude and respect for the food. I am often getting lamb over rice with red/white sauce, but the chicken and Falafel are always tasty as well. For an extra dollar they will toast a pita with white sauce for me with my plate, just epic!
March 16 · Elias Taylor-KermanI ordered the juiciest lamb over rice. It was well seasoned, Juicy, And of course delicious and I tore it up so quickly for only nine bucks (Good portion size)
