---Hanki is situated at a prime location in Downtown Manhattan, making it incredibly accessible for a large portion of the city's population. You can find this convenient eatery at 24 Beaver St, New York, NY 10004, USA. Its address places it squarely in the Financial District (FiDi), a hub of commercial and residential activity.
The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, so getting to Hanki is a breeze. The restaurant is just a short walk from several major subway stations, including those for the 4, 5, J, and Z lines at Wall Street, the 1 and R lines at Rector Street, and the 2 and 3 lines at Wall Street. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Don"t want to call this a Korean food. Its so bad I spitted it out. Dumpling rubbery, chicken fried were like dipped in chemical sauces, rice is hard as rocks, and meat....again chemical sauces didnt taste like koream food. It can be more bad taste as this. I gave up eating like the last time I tried. Have not get any better.
March 27 · M KI love Korean food !! Came here to get my fix & I’m extremely disappointed. I went around 2:30pm & the kimchi tasted spoiled & the kimchi fried rice tastes like it’s been used with the same spoiled kimchi, the gyoza was pretty cold especially having meat inside. I am very discouraged to try them again.
February 04 · Janiece RodriguezThis is one of the few 3 star rated restaurants I see myself going back to. Let me explain. This place has a great atmosphere, friendly workers, and exceptionally quick service. When we get into the food, it’s a different story.I want to say that nothing here is bad. It’s just not entirely great or exceptional. Beef Bulgolgi bowl has a lot of potential. It’s flavorful but the beef is a little dry and the rice is a bit mushy. The kimbab was suffering from the same problems and could benefit with more sauce or vegetables to combat the slight blandness. The Onigiri was the same. Just rice, no sauce to even out the dryness. The chicken bowl was average at best. The type of breaded chicken they used is not the type that belongs on a rice bowl but rather as a side with dipping sauce. Not crispy or entirely too flavorful. But I will be coming back periodically. Why? Because the service was great and the food was not terrible. It’s a place for decent cheap eats and honestly, it can be something great if these recommendations are taken into account. But don’t expect anything exceptional when you go.
July 09 · Pape DiopWork close and get this at least once a week. The spicy beef rice bowl with a side of veggies and Sriracha is amazing. They also have spicy tuna wrapped in rice and seaweed which is great. Great price also compared to others in the area.
May 22 · David WallmanI always enjoy the kimbap and cucumber salad! So refreshing and filling. For $20 I get a whole meal plus a drink here (which is rare nowadays). The staff is super friendly and the store has a nice selection of snacks.
