All the staff was very kind and helpful!! There was a mix up with my large online order, unfortunately the ticket did not print and my order was not prepared (i’m assuming it was a computer error!).BUT the staff was very calm and quickly printed a ticket and made the sandwiches right away! They even offered me a drink while I waited. I appreciate everyone who was working that day(:

I woke and realized my codriver stopped here for the day. I just started my diet and was worried and remembered hearing about “a sub in the tub”. They were a life saver because I really didn’t want to break my streak. The guys were polite and hooked me up pretty quick ! Thanks for being here around all these temptations (other fast food options).

My 2nd order from this company 2 different states. The 1st order was messed up, ok I got over it you know mistakes happen. Now for my 2nd order to be just as bad ok now I'm upset. They don't listen to add nor not add certain toppings. I said NO CHEESE all CAPS and cheese was put on it anyway so now I can't even eat it. I wanted water, instead I got Gatorade, um I don't drink Gatorade. Jersey Mike's never again and will not recommend.

The place was awkward to be in. A guest was laughing at an employee for carefully wrapping their sub which was rude. The place was super clean, in an eerie way. Idk. You would've needed to be there
