- Shio Ramen (Salt)*
(Chicken & vegetable stock blend). With strong roots in southern hokkaido and niigata, shio is the lightest ramen out there. Our miso ramen broth tends to have a variety of flavors coming from a balanced mixture of various miso's(fermented soy bean paste), combined with umami flavors coming from wok sauteed corn, leeks, scallions, bean sprouts, chicken sausage, pork belly and bok choy. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our server, Ricky, was wonderful! Super attentive, and fast service.Ramen itself was decent. Noodles cooked well. Taste was ok. Not much chicken flavor in my broth. But overall, satisfactory
August 21 · T SAn amazing spot in the city, it’s cozy and the service is great. I’ll visit again when I’m back from Dominican Republic.Carlos was really nice and welcoming. Kudos to the team who didn’t make us wait for the food that was incredibly good.
August 22 · Norberto MercedesThe food was incredible! I had the eggplant and ginger soba noodles. It was amazing! Our server Carlos was so funny and nice. Will definitely come back again :)
August 26 · Rachel DulskiService and food is great. The Chef Jefferson in the red hat is always very friendly and awesome in cooking. Monsur is very good in customer service and quick to server. Must come if you want to travel to Japan just for authentic ramen
August 07 · Animator DavidLoved both ramen and fried rice. Fried rice seemed to be based on butter + soy sauce, and that’s my fav flavor base for fried rice so can’t complain at all.Ramen had very good broth that was flavorful and thick enough, but not too salty and not too thick. I really liked its balance. Noodle was slightly softer than my preference and chasu was bit drier than I hoped, but the broth was really spot on for me and I would love to get the ramen here again if next chance.
