Joe's Pizza, located on 8th Avenue, offers a classic, no-nonsense New York pizza experience that has won over the hearts of both locals and tourists. ---When you visit Joe's Pizza, the best way to get the full experience is to go with what they do best: the pizza. The non-vegetarian slices, particularly the classic options like pepperoni or sausage, are a must-try. Customers consistently praise the great flavor and well-balanced toppings on these slices. The crust is often highlighted as being "just right," a perfect balance of being crisp and foldable, which is the hallmark of a great New York slice.
While the menu does offer other items like salads, wraps, and baked pasta dishes, the pizza is the star of the show. Based on customer reviews, the cheese pizza and other meat-topped slices are a better bet than some of the other menu items. It's a place where you can confidently grab a classic slice and be satisfied. For a side, the garlic bread is a popular option. The best advice is to embrace the classic New York slice experience, grab a paper plate, and enjoy a simple, delicious meal. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Tried this spot recently and it was a solid experience overall. We had two non-veg slices and one veg—both non-veg options were excellent! Great flavor, well-balanced toppings, and the crust was just right. The veg slice was decent, though it didn’t quite hit the same mark as the others. This isn’t the famous touristy Joe’s Pizza, but it’s still a good local joint with fair prices and quality slices. If you’re nearby and craving a quick bite, it’s definitely worth stopping in. Would go back to try more!
June 05 · Nelwin D'cruzOrdered take out of veggie pizza. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. There is nothing we liked about it. Perhaps we ordered a wrong item and should have went with cheese pizza as it seems to be a better option based on the reviews.
July 09 · sindhu sabbineniI was at this restaurant yesterday. I found out after that it’s not the real Joe’s pizza from NY. I did not have a good experience as I was charged $14 for a slice of pizza and an iced tea (which was a scam). Having said this, the pizza was actually really good (imo, even better than the real Joe’s pizza I had today). I feel a bit conflicted so I give it 2 stars just because the pizza was really good but not happy with being scammed.
March 29 · Brian LA bit much for dollar slice quality but still decent. Two pizzas and they threw in a free garlic knot too for $11.31 total. Not *the* famous Joe's Pizza if you couldn't tell.
May 21 · Bryce VillanuevaAlthough different from the famous Joe’s Pizza, we enjoyed our stop here. We got a slice of cheese and pepperoni and felt that it was a great bite and good given the price point. The shop was small with no frills but I still enjoyed the experience.
