June 29 · Andre shenna marie FoyWonderful authentic Italian with generous family sized portions which are a challenge to finish - delicious though!!!We came here when it was Pellegrinos 25 years ago and it still retains some of the original features and all the style. Very happy to recommend and return!
July 31 · Christian HillI love La Nonna. I got the Rigatoni alla Vodka about a month ago when I was in town and I loved it so much. So flavorful & delicious. Today I came back specifically for the Rigatoni alla Vodka and it was just as delicious as I remembered. Would definitely recommend. I did mix Parmesan into it before I remembered to take a picture so the photo isn’t the best oops.
July 27 · Alyssa LorinaAbsolutely incredible! My husband and I had a beautiful 1st year anniversary celebration at Pasta Della Nonna ! The entire staff made our celebration so beautiful and personable. The food was incredible, delicious and plentiful! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The bar was extravagant and the bar tender was friendly. We had such a great night and can’t to come back!
September 08 · Victoria ScpartaMy mother and I appreciate the delicacy of culinary arts and fine dining. We have traveled to different parts of the world and visited a wide variety of restaurants. We have been to Italy for culinary tours and cooking classes. We can quickly distinguish the good from the bad, even before stepping in and tasting the food! We recently stumbled upon La Nonna in Little Italy, New York City, on our way home from Europe to the States. We walked the streets of Little Italy and were quickly welcomed by a kind-looking greeter at the restaurant’s entrance. I wish I had gotten his name because he made a strong impression on us as we debated which restaurant to dine at. I just had a gut feeling his restaurant would be good! We told him we would return the next day, and as promised, we did. When we returned the next day, the greeter recognized us right away. He took us inside of the restaurant and quickly seated us at one of the finest spots, overlooking the main entrance and next to the bar. Wanting to try something extraordinary, we ordered the lobster seafood pasta. Although it took a while for the kitchen to prepare the dish, it was well worth the wait. The photos and videos didn’t do it justice—the dish was absolutely delicious! The blend of flavors lingered and wrapped around our tongues. I wish there were a vocabulary to describe just how good it was.Despite being stuffed, we decided to try their desserts, opting for the chocolate truffle and tiramisu, which we paired with coffee. Again, they were delicious. While there are many restaurants on that same strip, you must make a stop at La Nonna. It will be worth your time and money! Thank you La Nonna for giving me and my mother such a great dining experience! We know we will see you the next time we stop by NYC again!
