★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The experience begins the moment you step through the door. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of cozy and chic, with warm lighting that invites you in and thoughtfully arranged decor that feels both stylish and welcoming. The meal service is nothing short of exceptional. The staff is attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, ready to recommend dishes based on your preferences. Each course arrives beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's artistry.Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience that combines impeccable service, a vibrant atmosphere, and a menu that celebrates bold flavors. It’s not just a meal; it’s a culinary journey that leaves you eager to return.
August 16 · Sammy SLe Pavillon is located right in the heart of Manhattan, next to Grand Central Station – an excellent location. The bar front is beautiful and makes a great first impression. However, the seating area itself could be improved; the artificial flowers decorating the space didn’t look particularly high quality. The main course, the duck, was excellent – perfectly cooked and full of flavor, definitely the highlight of the meal. The dessert, however, was overly sweet for my taste, and the starter felt slightly unbalanced in its flavors. The food overall was good, but compared to the European fine dining standards I’m used to, it didn’t quite reach that exceptional level. Prices are in line with New York dining, but given the standard, there’s still room for improvement. The service was good, though not outstanding. Overall, a pleasant experience, but not quite at the “wow” level – hence four stars.
August 08 · A.Food tastes great and platings are beautiful. The service is also attentive. We have the three courses $145 for appetizer main course and desert. We are really not desert person and wish they give the choice of two appetizers instead of desert. The corn soup with shrimp is wonderful. For the main dish my husband ordered sea bass and I ordered duck breast. Portions are small. We ordered ham in addition. Overall experience is good. The address says the restaurant is on the 1st floor which could be misleading. the entrance is on the street level next to a small bakery and very easy to miss. One has to walk up to 2floor for the restaurant. Also the bar is near the entrance and not separated from the dining room. People at the bar could make a lot of noises and make the dining experience less enjoyable.
June 25 · Jenn JiangI’ve dined here several times, and their service has always been professional and reliable. If you’re sharing a dish with a friend, just let them know in advance — they’ll beautifully split and plate it for you, which I really appreciate. The food quality is consistently good, and everything feels well-executed.I highly recommend the quail .it’s my absolute favorite dish here~
August 13 · E. YFor a special treat, nothing beats attentive service. The food was delicious of course, each plate a presentation. (And they love their sauces). It's a classy joint, so it will cost you, and you will not be full. But it's a show worth participating in.
