Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Westerville Local Cantina. The food was extremely poor quality - the tacos were practically empty, and I was told the manager put the order together. What was worse was the response from the manager, Ashley, when I called to complain. She laughed, then proceeded to yell at me on the phone before offering a pathetic 10% discount. This level of customer service, especially from a manager, is appalling. We usually love this location, but this experience was a complete disaster.

We stopped on a trip, just passing thru. It was completely amazing. The flavor was so, VERY good! No wait time for a table. Excellent service, price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely go again if we happen to be in that area again

One of the top three Local Cantinas in Central Ohio. Always great service no matter the time of day and food is consistently top notch.

This place is a nice, really cool atmosphere with outdoor seating. They did not have frozen drinks. The food was tasty but small portions. There is a salsa area that allows you to get your own chips and salsa.

Very nice place. Great music selections. The food was good. My tacos were just a little smaller than I expected. But good nonetheless. Serve yourself chips and salsa was new to me, and we definitely took advantage, lol. We'll be back at some point. Keep up the good work
