★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Good portion of food. Appreciate the $8 tag in midtown. Taste is ok, not bad, but nothing to write home about. What I do like is the food is not salty nor greasy. Friendly and fast service. So you know they hit the successful keys to make it in midtown.
January 12 · Diana LYou don't get to be in one spot for 28 years if you are doing something wrong and Magdy's gets it right all the time. You get a huge tin of food for around 10 bucks. You can choose from either chicken, lamb or the combo over rice and veggies or you can even choose to skip the rice and go with chicken, lamb or the combo over a salad. They also have great sandwiches and wraps that are also great and reasonably priced
June 12 · Taste BudThe best Cheese Steak ever i had tried and they have too many different options ( American chess , provolone cheese, Cheddar cheese And Mozzarella 😍 and also on the salad they have. March 16 · Abdo MabroukI’ve been eating here for over ten years. I’ve tried a lot of “chicken and rice” trucks in the city. This is by far the best tasting to me. The seasoning on the chicken combined with the “red and white” sauce is just sublime. Moreover, they are incredibly kind and patient. The other day I was waiting in line and they fed a homeless man — free of charge. (I was waiting to pay for his food after he ordered, but their kind act beat me to it.)This is the chicken and rice plate you want.
July 14 · Devron GrantThey can work on their cleanliness a little better the man that Cooks on the grill never changes his gloves. He works on the cart. He carries a generator fill the tire up with air and goes right back to cooking. That’s disgusting. You’ll get people sick. Hopefully he’s not losing business because of that because I see many others seeing it and if you’ve noticed there’s another truck parked right across the street. also when you’re at the pick up window look down to his left there’s a bag of raw chicken in a plastic bag sitting there. I don’t think that’s supposed to be there. I hate to have to say but I don’t want people to get sick, we have enough problems in the city to worry about.
