Lady charged me 15$ for 1 drumstick and a piece of Mac and cheese. Plus her attitude was terrible. Food don't even look that good, I only brought cuz I was starving. Customer service was terrible...beware!! And they take cash only. Had to use there ATM that has a $3 fee smh

I’m amazed this place is still operating. The food is terrible. The jerk chicken had an unpleasant, old smell, and the oxtail with rice and peas was bland and mostly fat. They don’t even use fresh vegetables—just frozen cabbage. The owner seriously needs to reconsider the quality of the food or find a new chef. After reading all the reviews, I’ll never order from this place again. Owner needs to close this place. It’s awful.

Wish I could give zero minus, this is not the first time I have bought nasty food from this restaurant. I order oxtail, plantains and rice and peas. The oxtail was tuff ( not gonna say hard) you couldn't get the meat off the bone. The plantains you could not bite, not even chew. Rice was very hard. Called the store to speak to a supervisor, the lady said there isn't any supervisor only a manager. I asked to speak to the manager, she said he wasn't there. I asked her when will he be available? She said she didn't know and she had to go because she have a customer to serve. YOU GUYS CANNOT CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG FOR FOOD NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BE EATEN, AND TOP IT OFF DO NOT KNOW WHEN YOUR MANAGER WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. You guys should start loosing customers, maybe then you guys will have enough sense and manners to address and talk to customers.

Ordered food on Uber and wish I didn't. I order oxtails rice and peas. I got bones and unacceptable rice. My cabbage was also nearly cooked. Smh. I was craving Jamaican food. They should consider going out of business. Also the rating in Uber is higher. Next time I'm checking with Google.

Good customer service, but down side is The mac and cheese wasn't moist at all, it looks very appetizing but if you prefer less cheese in your mac and cheese then by all means. the upside, Although the porridge is really good, very savory & tasty. but personally, I wouldnt buy their mac and cheese again.
