I found sharp plastic in my coffee, I don’t know how it is in my coffee ( from machine or staffs). They can avoid the issue but they don’t. If I don’t pay attention I might swallow it.

Let me be clear, I couldn't get my food at all. They put an elderly woman who can't speak English well as the only service representative, everyone was stuck like sardines, I did a mobile order and eventually the app just said enjoy your food and I had nothing in hand and they were serving numbers after me. This place is horrible. Very dirty and nasty. Also they let absolutely anyone into the dining area. A bunch of teenagers came upstairs without even buying anything from McDonald’s and they were being so loud, running around and screaming like they own the place yet nobody was to fix that.
