I used to go here since they are pretty consistent with having the orders correct and the customer service is good. However I have been pretty turned off from coming here ever since I found an ant in my drink. It shows me that the cleanliness is not very good here. I’ve reached out about it but got no response.

From our of state visiting family in the area. We were coming home late and picked some McDonald's. In comparison to McDonald's we have back home we were surprized when everything we ordered was in the bag the first time! It was a good experience overall. It used to be pretty decent until this one old lady with no teeth started working there. She’s tall and slim and very rude. Whenever I’d go and she’s working the window, forget about getting what you order, something was always missing or she would hand me a completely different order. When I would tell her, she’d get reall snappy and say how she has so many orders and would dismiss me…mind you there’s usually only like 2 cars in the drive thru(I usually go after 9pm) Very terrible employee hope they deal with her soon

Only a two star review due to the fact of the stores inability to maintain a functional ice cream or milkshake machine. I can only remember one time where they actually had a functioning milkshake machine. This not only seems to be a problem at this location in Grove City we also have another location in Grove City and one south in Columbus near Ealin Road, all of which seem to experience the same issues as not being able to sell shakes or cones. None of the other stuff in this review is applicable, as I didn’t eat and dine in dine out I simply left and went to a store that sold milkshakes and ice cream cones sad part is my grandson really likes McNuggets
