No matter the work shift they are nasty here. Happy meal boxes on the floor behind the counter. I'm sure the were picked up and put right back to give out to customers.

95% of the time, my order is incorrect at this McD's. For example: if I order a double hamburger, why is there cheese on it! The cook doesn't pay attention to the orders. Not everyone eats cheese. There have been times I've gone home and had to return my order because something is missing or my order is wrong.I have also ordered on the McD's mobile app from 4 blocks away, and by the time I get there, my order is still not done. Why go on the app to order in advance, and I still have to wait.See below for the attached example of my double HAM, which is not supposed to have cheese as stated on the order.

Not great, I always cherished this McDonald's as a child, because it used to have a playground for the younger children for entertainment, but in 2025 it changes, the looks weren't as great because our table was a mess, yesterday I ordered the new spicy wrap that's in McDonald's, it's great but it had gave me a stomach ache, it acts like taco bell, luckily I haven't been vomiting from it, but I wasn't able to use the bathroom as it said not in service so I went to Popeyes, I definitely don't recommend you bronxians to go to this McDonald's

Was in a rush so I ordered curb side pickup (drive thru line was a little long). Lazy workers not only made me wait 15 minutes to NOT bring my food. But when I went in to get it, the cashier grabbed it to give me and I heard someone tell him to leave it there. They also didn't put the extra sauce that I paid extra for.
