Maria and Esmeralda are very rude to customers. They have equipment that does not work. The playground was broken. And they did not give me my ice coffee that I purchased twice. They have terrible service.

The service here is truly fast maybe because this location sits right off of the freeway. My fries are always hot and when they are not, the staff has no problem with making fresh fries, unlike other locations. The only reason why I did not give them five stars, it's because they're milkshake machine is always down 😞

I am very dissatisfied with my order. From previous bad quality food, I specifically asked for fresh food please at the order window. They confirmed my order as well as being cooked. I pull up to pay window, confirmed my order, cashier reassured it will be fresh. Get to the food window, I was handed my bag of food. I had a 10 piece nugget meal, and a hot n spicy with cheese, no mayo. I checked my order, the chicken was not hot at all. I even put the chicken patti on my face to show it's not even hot. Less than one minute after returning the chicken sandwich, the guy hands me the chicken sandwich. I open it, it's the SAME chicken sandwich. I requested for a manager. The assistant manager I think, he was nice, but his reply was he thought they made it fresh. So I waited an additional 10 minutes while the rest of my order is cold now. Drive home with my chicken sandwich ready to did in. Only to find out I specifically said NO MAYO! THIS SANDWICH HAS EXTRA MAYO. I am part of management at a 2 billion dollar company. My job is to reflect. This was a total disappointment. I pass the McDonald's just to come to this location Cullen n 610 for better quality food. So, I get home and try to call numerous times, 7137384380. Line continuously busy. This all took place between 6:15p to 6:55p. I would like to be compensated for my time as well as dissatisfaction

The drive through lights do not show that multiple lines are open. They do not accommodate requests for extra onions or tomatoes. It was the driest home style burger I've ever had. Horrible burger. Window staff pretend that they don't understand your English request and make no attempts to correct anything. The words I used are all on your menu. This had nothing to do with me not speaking Spanish to make my order more clear. Just non-caring staff knowing that the manager didn't care about my order either. They seemed to be having a good time with each other with no regard for the customer.
