In the past I have struggled to get a good meal and good service here. I love Sausage Egg McMuffins Big Macs and Iced coffee, I frequent McDonald’s often, mostly this location as it is close to home. The last couple days I have to say I have had spectacular service and good good food! Iced coffee made to order. Please keep up the excellent work! I’mNot sure what has changed but it is definitely for the good!!!!

In the past few months, I have tried to use mobile ordering and codes here from the app at least 5 times. Each time I have, I get to the window and they tell me my name and order number show up, but they cannot see what I ordered. How does this keep happening?! No one has answers! I go inside and the manager tells me the same thing!! Fix your system! It works every place else!! So I'm now done going to this location. I'll drive a few miles and go to one where their technology works and they aren't rude about it.

They ran out of bags and decided to send drinks home in this flimsy cardboard box. That box handle ripped as soon as I got through the door. Good quality thinking McDonalds. 2 stars because, even though I couldn't drink them, the drinks ACTUALLY came with straws this time.

Why have mobile ordering if we have to wait longer in a parking spot than if we just ordered at the drive thru. I placed my order via app, went thru drive thru and gave my number. I was parked for 8 min while 6 cars went thru the drive thru. This is not efficient. Please, please put a person in the drive thru that speaks clear English!!!
