I went in 06/22/2025 to buy 2 $5 Mcdouble meals and asked the cashier to have them both in separate bags. THEY DID NOT make my order correct. The employees say that I was fustrated because THEY DID NOT make my order CORRECT. SO, I ASKED for the manager. I GOT A REFUND AND I TOLD THE MANAGER THAT HIS EMPLOYEES ARE THE ONES THAT ARE FUSTRATED, THAT'S WHY THEY COULDN'T MAKE MY ORDEF RIGHT! CHECK your orders. This place NEEDS BETTER EMPLOYEES, because the ones that i encountered were RUDE, and POORLY TRAINED.

That manager IRMA is really unprofessional. She has attitudes with her employees for what reason I don’t know. Whatever you are going through at home you should leave at home. The employees are human just like you are. I was in drive thru today when I witnessed how she was rude to her employees today. She had an attitude so bad one of her employees walked out on her. You don’t that what she did today. I come here every day and this employee is all ways so sweet. She is one of the few that was there that never gave me problems. I wish I had a number to call because I would. IRMA needs to be handled. She better pray none of these employees family members come up there and handle her. I don’t understand how she is still working there.

No one was working the front. The place was very dirty. There were only 2 customers inside (including me) and finally, after 10min someone asked me what number my order was. Then they tell me their ticket machine is not working and they need my receipt...... no apologies, no customer service...... One more thing.... Please get rid of KIOSK!!!

Service was great. My meal was pretty good.On the other hand, the place is FILLED with flies. I had no less than twelve of the suckers hovering around my food.Two of the minor inconveniences were that their ketchup dispenser was empty and their touchscreens were finicky and didn't respond well to touch.
