Then, when I pulled up to the second window, they told me they had nothing for my order and that I would have to cancel it. Are you kidding me?When I went to cancel the order in the app, it told me I had to contact the restaurant directly. So not only did they waste my time, but they knew they were responsible and still didn’t fix it. Completely ridiculous.

Overall, I like coming here, but the night manager…she isn’t the kindest or most customer service friendly person you’ll come across during your experience here. She’s from the school of no verbal response and zero eye contact. In fact, I think Carolina comes across as carrying a lot of anger. Everyone else is cool & the food is very good.

Nice place to have a cup of tea and enjoy the autumn atmosphere 👌 👍This place is always clean and the workers are nice and helpful.It gets busy during lunch and afternoon, so please be patient when you order or order ahead through the app.Love this McDonald's and will always be on my favorite list.10/10 👏 👏 👏 👏

The lady, she is working to take order for drive-thru on 06/27/25 around 8pm.She is horrible service to me tonight.I ordered 3 meals and I try to pay.She said $24.50 something. I think something wrong no right price / I think over $30.00 for 3 meal combo.I asked “how many order I have?” I have 3 time asked and explained “ I think wrong amount “She didn’t answered and explained , only she said amount $24.50 3 times .And she closed window door.I am working for customers service.I think she have to work after she have to a service education.

New location. Always busy no matter what time you go at. Been living near it for over 10 years. The location got an upgrade and everything looks a lot nicer. The people in drive thru have always been pleasant to me. I seldom go in but when I have, the servers were quick with the order.
