We come every we get a 10pc McNugget meal and an extra med come. We round it up and it comes to $12.00 we wait for about 30 minutes and no order. They wanted to see my receipt, the women showed the manager, still no order. I ask for my $12.00 back. The manager again did nothing. So the poor women at the register tried to give us our refund, but she did not know how to do it. After about 10 minutes we were refunded $11.14 The manager did not care about anything but the drive through.

Picked up 2 orders from the drive thru. They tried to give me someone else's order. They did some shit and came back with an order. They didnt give me my large tea so I asked for it and they kept telling me I didnt order one and gave me a small. I did order it I can see it on my order so they give me a sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened. We get home and this is not our order and we are missing half of it. Freaking mess and while im eating someone else's food while trying this is pulled a hair out. I called and asked for a manger which im sure they knew that was going to happen so they told me I called the Broadway store which I didnt I called the number Google had for them. If u go around 9-11pm its very very busy but other than that ppl r nice and they push the cars out fast and food is hot. Ive always recived the correct food everytime

I want to share with the world what really customer service looks like. It's Kia at this McDonald's location.. More companies need employees and especially managers like Kia. . You deserve a raise and McDonald's should consider sending you throughout their locations to teach other employees how to provide the best customer service... McDonald's hear me when I say Kia is an asset to your business!!!!!! Keep being great Kia and thank you again!!!!! 😁🐣
