Instead, I got a platter full of cold cookies.To make things worse, when I walked inside to ask about it, everyone at the counter ignored me — they kept their backs turned, clearly trying to force people to use the self-order computers. Even the manager was just standing there.I told them I didn’t care if they had to microwave the cookies — I just wanted hot cookies, like I ordered. Funny enough, once I spoke up, the manager went to the back and came out in exactly 93 seconds with hot cookies. So clearly it could have been done the first time.The cookies were good once they were hot, but the customer service was cold — just like the first batch of cookies.

I requested an iced coffee with no cream or syrup (just black). The manager proceeds to tell us they can’t do it 😐 instead, they give us HOT coffee and a cup of ice. I’ve never been to a McDonalds who could not understand that all I wanted an iced coffee without the cream and syrup (just the base of the coffee basically). Worst off, the manager made a huge deal about it when I was trying to explain how I wanted it. As someone who comes from working at McDonalds, I tried to be understanding and kind, but the manager was combative and not approachable one bit.
