★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Ming Wong is a great Chinese restaurant in the middle of Chinatown in Manhattan. Located at 61 Mott Street, about a half-block south of Canal Street. We had a wonderful Eggplant in Oyster Sauce #172, and a delicious Sea Bass with Mixed Mushrooms #198. Both dishes were very generous, and you will not leave hungry. Great table service and a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend Ming Wong!
July 13 · Gary BrantI had the best roasted duck in here. It was so flavorful and delicious. My friend brought me and it was on his treat, so I don't know how much it costs. If you pay in cash, it can be cheaper than pay with card. We didn't wait for too long as we went there on a weekday. They also offered free Chinese tea and you can also ask for water too. I want to come back here and try different menus.
June 02 · Aung Myo HtutWas ok but a couple of things goes wrong. We order a wrap liked on menu like a spring rollWas something like rice PampaTwo times we got food but was minutes later present to another table. Because was not our order. The stuff area kind.
July 25 · Morris KBGood Chinese restaurant in China town. I went for BBQ things and it turned out out so good. Not so salty like others in the area. Seating are comfort. Restroom are available down stairs. Cash is cheaper for payment. Enjoy!
May 15 · Supakij KhomvilaiWe are visiting from SF…and we are quite spoiled with our vast selection of Asian cuisine so my review of this restaurant is a bit biased. Just wanted to throw that out there before anyone continues on reading this! Now onto the review…we wanted to have some authentic Chinese food so we came to Chinatown…home of authentic Chinese food and we chose this restaurant because it would be good Chinese food…or so we thought. We ordered 3 different dishes and unfortunately, all 3 were quite subpar. The dishes were lacking in flavor. We were all quite disappointed; all three dishes tasted quite bland and were lacking the actual authentic Chinese flavor of herbs and spices (my fellow Chinese peeps know what I’m talking about!). The service was alright…but that’s to be expected. Many waiters walked right past our teapot that was empty as they were looking at their phones (and yes, we had the top open…). All in all, we were quite disappointed with our experience here. The only plus side was that there was an outlet nearby where we could charge up our phones while eating.
