Miznon is celebrated for its inventive and high-quality dishes, which often take simple, fresh ingredients and elevate them in unexpected ways. The menu is a mix of traditional Israeli staples and creative new takes on classic street food. Here are some of the standout highlights that make Miznon a must-try destination:
- The Original World Famous Baby Cauliflower: This dish is the stuff of legend. A whole head of cauliflower is roasted to perfection, resulting in a dish that is both tender and flavorful. It’s a simple preparation that shows off the quality of the ingredients and has become a fan favorite for its delicious taste and unique presentation.
- Rib Eye Minute Steak: A favorite among meat lovers, this thinly sliced, seared rib eye is tucked into a warm, fluffy pita with tahini, tomato salsa, and spicy green peppers, creating a savory and satisfying handheld meal.
- Folded Cheeseburger: This isn't your average burger. A paper-thin patty of grass-fed beef is folded inside a pita with cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, tomatoes, and pickles. It’s a creative and delicious reinterpretation of a classic.
- Ratatouille Plate: A vegetarian and vegan-friendly option, this dish features tomato-perfumed eggplant with tahini, a hard-boiled egg, and a spicy sauce, served as a plate. It’s rich in flavor and wonderfully comforting.
- Rotisserie Broken Chicken: Juicy rotisserie chicken is "broken" and served in a pita with tahini, za'atar, and spicy sauce, offering a burst of Middle Eastern flavor in every bite.
- Arak Mojito: For a refreshing drink with a twist, try the Arak Mojito. Arak is an anise-flavored liquor popular in the Middle East, and Miznon’s mojito is a unique and delicious take on the classic cocktail.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I feel like this place would thrive with better staffing, food & ownership. Sorry but the other Miznon in Manhattan is way better in my experience, this one lacks.. how do I say, jenesequa! Let’s take a deeper dive into this establishment, the food.. very mid for their pricing, which is weird because the food in the other restaurant is actually edible. The staffing, the waitress I think her name was Donique? Was super unprofessional, she kept trying to hold her composure while taking our order, maybe she was high who knows, I simply have no good words for this place. Good luck to the current owners.
July 12 · PrincessHorrible horrible HORRIBLEEEEE customer service from the supervisor named "Downique". She/They? Were so rude and was treating the other staff horribly. The food is not good either, and the dishes were dirty. I saw little black pieces of dirt floating in my cup. Not a good experience at all.
July 12 · Langston RiversDishes were dirty and whoever Donique is should NOT be in food service. She is so rude and her energy is incredibly off. Crazy she has a job like this.
July 12 · J.R. LittleWhat happened to Miznon? I'm a long time fan and have eaten at several locations in NY and one in Paris. My most recent order was shockingly disappointing. The green beans are completely soggy, like I cannot believe this was allowed to leave the kitchen. The pitas suddenly got smaller and were soggy as well. These are items I've had several times but the most recent was different, enough so that I won't be ordering again.
March 08 · CoryMushroom pita is succulent. Also super yummy is the Branzino & potato pita. A must try! This location is in an upscale “food court”.
