★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC offers a top-tier ramen experience with rich broths, perfectly cooked noodles, and bold flavors. Their signature pork belly buns are a must-try—soft, flavorful, and packed with umami. The menu balances classic and creative dishes, with seasonal specials that keep things exciting. The ambiance is modern yet inviting, and the service is efficient. While it can get busy, the food is well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable for the quality. To top it off, we had the best ice cream ever—creamy, unique, and absolutely unforgettable. A standout in NYC’s vibrant dining scene!
April 02 · MATWe actually ate at the location in Vegas first before we tried this location in New York. The one in New York serves mainly noodles and couple of appetizers dishes and buns versus the location in Vegas had different varieties to select. Here we ordered spicy cucumber salad which tasted very unique Their dry spice wings very flavorful. And their smoked pork ramen was very good as well.
June 01 · Amenita TWe had high expectations about this place, coming from Chicago as I heard good things about it. The waiting staff were very friendly and courteous. We started with the famous pork buns. Every bite was perfect with amazing texture, flavor, right amount of fat, saltines, and acid from the cucumber slices. However, our excitement from food stopped there. We ordered Monday special fried chicken, chicken noodle, pork noodle, and spicy mushroom noodle. Unfortunately, the noodles were soggy, the chicken was old, and the broth was not hot enough. The only thing that was great in the fried chicken was the biscuit. I know it was going for the 'fusion' flavor, but it was neither Kara age or Korean fried chicken. The chicken was fresh and the coating texture was good, but it wasn't anything I have not seen. The food was ok but considering the price, it was pretty low on my rating. It was too bad as I had such great expectations.
March 24 · Jimmy & Chris KimWOW WOW WOW this is the best ramen i have had in a long time. It definitely is not your traditional Japanese ramen but they do a wonderful job of mixing different cultures flavors into one bowl. All the staff are very accommodating and respectful. The atmosphere is buzzing with energy, excitement and passion.
April 28 · Makai YeeThe garlic chicken ramen is very enjoyable with clear broth. We sampled the steamed bun with pork belly and shrimp patty. I prefer the shrimp. The set meal is good value with Orion Beer, appetizers, noodle, and a warm cookie to wrap up a hearty meal.
