The food was all amazing - any cut of meat and the raw seafood was great. Felt like the burger was a bit overhyped here and over priced. Really creative desserts in terms of the sundae. The chocolate cake was a favorite. Weird one to include but the mushrooms side was so good - creamy, flavorful, a bit of texture. Overall, good food and high end experience. Ambiance is great and servers are kind. Would recommend
August 20 · MichelleDined at Monkey Bar and had a great experience overall! The staff was super attentive and gave solid recommendations, which made the meal feel special. The truffle Monkey Bread is a must-try—absolutely delicious and a total gem. The prime rib was tasty but a bit small for the price. Creamed spinach was good but a tad salty, and the mac and cheese needed more flavor. The salmon was nicely done, and the chocolate cake was a great way to end the meal. The vibe here is awesome, with a cool, old-school NYC feel, and the service definitely makes up for any minor food misses. Would come back for the atmosphere and that bread!
May 26 · HelenThe vibes were immaculate as expected from online reviews. I enjoyed the old timey feel. Our server Jeff was great and checked on us frequently. The food was pretty good as well. My favorite was the prime rib and my wife says the vodka rigatoni is up there with Carbone's .
August 19 · Kevin NguyenLively atmosphere especially at the bar right by the entrance. Beef tartar was good and caesar salad with smoked white fish was great. Got the dry age bone in rib eye and it was delicious. Honestly, mashed potatos were one of the best ive ever had. Only one complaint is the beranaise sauce it came with was a bit too salty, but the steak did not even need the sauce. Would come again, would like to try the monkey bread and other options next time. Service was also excellent.
March 29 · Amos Choibest bread in the city - must get the truffle, parm, and honey brioche bread. martinis were excellent and service was top notch. vodka pasta was a bit salty but the cod was fantastic. space is stunning and feels special without being stuffy. get dessert if you have room ( the key line pie looks to die for. hard to get a res but put on rest alerts and late ones pop up.
