Ordered spare ribs boneless was so hard I couldn't even eat it told them next time I ordered was the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice after I ate it my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't take it nomore I had to throw up and I felt better I don't know what they serve me but it was so bad I was ready to go to the E.R nomore chinese food for me I am done!!!!

I order from here all the time. The customer service is great. If I forgot something for my family's usual order, the lady usually asked if it was on purpose or not that I left it out. Food is always delicious and they are fine with if you want to customize your order. One time I had walked by and placed an order to find out afterwards that were actually supposed to be closed but they took my order anyway. Real sweet family

I would like to start this review telling you that I've had the opportunity to taste original Russian food, and got to know some of the culture.The Russian Tea Room, will impress you and it will take you to those big restaurants and russian rooms, it has amazing pictures and very elegant decorations.The service is really good, someone is taking care of your table all the time and everyone has a nice attitude all the time.The food in general terms is fine, the flavors try to be similar to what Russian food is and the variety of the menu is perfect, it has the most representative dishes which have a little modern touch without taking over the classic side of the food.I have been there more than once as a customer, and I ended up working there, so I have tasted all of the dishes. If I start describing all of them to you this review will never end, so I would say that don't have too high expectations, it is kinda over priced, because some of the dishes are very simple and the quality is not the best in some of the cases.

usually, ive been buying from this place for YEARS! amazing service and food. but i found a hair in my platter so 1 star off, they usually arent like this but they can work on their cleanliness.
