Especially the Oiji bowl was my favorite. The rice itself was great but with everything else in it, it tasted really good.The dessert was also very nice. The Chapssal Donut was very tasty as well as the Black sugar bingsu.I would definitely come back again someday!

As a Korean and a foodie, I’ve had my fair share of Korean food—as well as other truly amazing meals. My biggest concern with modern interpretations of Korean cuisine is that they’re often toned down for Western palates, losing the bold, distinctive flavors we know and love. To their credit, most dishes here managed to retain that familiar flavor profile in a creative way, and everything tasted clean and fresh.That said, we spent around $800 for four people, and it didn’t quite live up to the hype. I came in with high expectations given the Michelin star, but left feeling underwhelmed. The open kitchen was a nice touch, and I love that Korean cuisine is finally gaining more visibility—both generally and in the fine dining scene—kudos for that. But for me, this was a one-and-done. Also, the duck was my least favorite dish.
