Highly recommend this place! My husband and I go to a lot of omakase spots in the city, and many of them tend to have very similar menus, products, and ambiance. Often, they’re also quite loud, trying to match the busy New York energy. But this place truly stands out. First the music is not to loud and the place is peaceful. The selection is innovative, with creative explorations in texture and flavor. Chef DC has over 20 years of experience, and it really shows. he walked us through each creation with so much passion. We were lucky enough to have the restaurant all to ourselves (5pm reservation on a Thursday) for our anniversary, and both Marie, the floor manager, and Chef DC made the evening incredibly special. We’ll definitely be coming back! - Aura Chu
