The food is just not good. The pizza crust is akin to cardboard. I had to recut the slices because the precuts were surface level. The sauce and cheese flavor just falls flat leaving you with such disappointment after expecting a rich, decadent, and savory bite. The pizza crust is stiff and bland. The garlic knots were burnt on the outside and undercooked inside leaving me with a mouth full of dough-I am hoping I don't get sick-but I'm guessing they were cooked too fast which is why the outside was burnt while the inside was nearly raw. The service for in-store pick up was fine, albeit meaningless because of the quality of the food. The only tolerable part of the meal was the marinara that came with the garlic knots. Their pizza and garlic knots looks nothing like advertised, which might be acceptable, if the food was good to eat. This was a waste of a cheat meal. Oh, and I requested light cheese and that was not provided.

Dear Papa Johns Franchise Owner,Please shut down.Without provocation, I've received 2 redemption coupons based on the pizza I ordered and received. It didn't stop at the pizza either, instead I've had to wait 2hrs before receiving my order. Although the photo I have shared does not tell the whole story, it is nonetheless NOT what I ordered. I asked for lite cheese and against my wishes, I received the normal amount and what even seems to be excessive amount of cheese. I requested my pizza to be well done and wouldn't you know it, the pizza arrived as a normal bake.I'm not sure why this location seems to fall short every single time but, I can't imagine a world where the quality of pizza you've come to normalize will lead to success.P.S.Please, shut it down.

I don't order order pizza I'm gluten-free but every great now and then I crave normal food. So I ordered from the closest one that delivered, the app said it would be here between 5:45 and 5:56. At 7:18 I call the manager he answered Hospitality, I asked what time my pizza would arrive and he hung up. But it did arrive a few minutes later. Papa John's makes you put you tip on the credit card order which is great everyone should tip your delivery person. And that means the people that delivers your sofa, washer,dryer and. Anything else you have delivered to your house. They work very hard for less than they deserve. Come on buy their lunch 10 bucks each. There are lots of nice people out there, if you can't find one be one.

What the heck is this? This is what we got w an order of stuffed crust dough. No, this is not thin crust. Hell, even for thin crust this would be thin. Donatos is thicker than this and this is regular dough! Oh no… 🥴

terrible quality. dough is thin and hard in some spots, some slices are like 40% crust because the sauce and toppings are not distributed evenly. insane that this is the standard. here's a photo for comparison. what it's supposed to look like vs what i got.
