The Hilliard location pizza and service was really good. Papa Johns on Sullivant Ave could use some tips from them.

I know it must take a lot of effort to sauce “boneless wings”, should call them chicken nuggets, and this isn’t the first time I’ve received them this way.

I ordered a pizza for delivery from this store. I received an email to watch the Papa Track to track my order. On my papa track page it said the pizza was on its way for 30 minutes. I walked away and left my phone and it turns out that the app will keep telling you the pizza is on its way, and show that it's still at the store, even if the pizza is at your front door. The person texted me once and then left because by the time I got out there 5 minutes later, he was gone. I called and they said I had to place another order and get refunded for the previous one. Then said that they called me twice, when I know for a fact all I got was a text. The mamager on the phone was rude and lied about their driver. Papa Johns has sadly lost my business tonight.

The pizza was hot and delicious. Papa John’s has some of the freshest toppings anywhere. Tried the wings for the first time. Crispy and just the right amount of spice. Definitely be back soon!
