โ 5โ 4โ 3โ 2โ 1This food hit all the spots that it needed to hit. I ordered the small waakye which was a perfect portion for me. The spiciness and meat texture was perfect. There were two ladies that were serving. One was very nice and explained the ordering process to me as a first timer. The other one just looked angry. She actually walked away while I was talking to her ๐. Hope she has better days.I would order from here again but I won't be eating in.
July 18 ยท Christina DA great lineup of African cuisine options. As a picky eater, I usually stick to what I know but this time I wanted to try something different and I was pleased. The white rice with goat meat stew was good; Iโm not a fan of spicy food so the savory flavors were put together very well. The plantain that I had added to the dish, gave it exactly what it needed. This is not my first time at the location so I can identify that the service could be better and more hospitable. Iโm a person that likes to ask questions before purchasing or before inputting food into my body so I appreciate when people take the time to be attentive. Besides that, I will likely be trying their food again as they have a wide selection ranging from meats and stews to different starches.
February 02 ยท Young & HustlingTheir food is so bad I ordered for emotuo and palm nut soup . Their service is so bad too a customer came in hurry and they was so rude to him ! They used to top at first but now everything they serve abd servive is poor and worse
August 04 ยท Salima KasimThis is what they served me for Gobe, how, worse African restaurant in the Bronx
May 26 ยท raymond adjeteyI spend a lot of money at this restaurant n always end up dumping in garbage. Its a hit n lots of misses. I ordered from place in beginning n food was amazing, i typically order in bulk up to 200$ n lately is disgusting. Jollof n waakye are all mushy, rice balls yucky, meat is sooo bad omg n dont get me started on stews n soups...ive been sent spoiled food on numerous occassion. Gave them way to much chances n officially done.i was exicted to find authentic ghanaian food..search goes on. Staff seems nice on phone though.
