Pardon My Cheesesteak Introduce
In the diverse and ever-evolving culinary landscape of Ohio, new concepts and dining experiences frequently emerge. Pardon My Cheesesteak represents one such modern approach to quick-service food. While not a traditional brick-and-mortar restaurant in the conventional sense, it operates as a virtual brand, serving up classic American comfort food with a focus on convenience and accessibility. For Ohioans looking for a hearty meal delivered right to their door, Pardon My Cheesesteak aims to be a go-to choice.
The concept behind Pardon My Cheesesteak leverages the growing trend of "ghost kitchens" or "virtual restaurants," meaning it operates out of existing kitchen spaces, often shared with other dining establishments. This model prioritizes delivery and pickup, allowing the brand to reach a wide audience without the overhead of a dedicated dine-in facility. Their menu is centered around the iconic cheesesteak sandwich, along with complementary sides like loaded fries and chicken tenders. While the experience might differ from a traditional sit-down eatery, the core promise remains: to deliver a satisfying, flavorful meal with the ease and speed that modern consumers expect. For those in Ohio, particularly busy individuals or families, this model offers a convenient way to enjoy a classic comfort food from the comfort of their home.

- Inclusion of Loaded Fries: The "Loaded Cheesesteak Fries," topped with steak, caramelized onions, and cheese sauce, are a popular menu item and a notable highlight for those seeking a hearty side or a standalone indulgent treat.
- Association with Barstool Sports: The brand is associated with the popular "Pardon My Take" podcast from Barstool Sports, which can appeal to fans of the podcast and sports enthusiasts looking to support brands they recognize from media.

Pardon My Cheesesteak Reviews
First time and won’t not return. The combo meal didn’t specify what size the cheesesteak was and since I have never been there and didn’t peruse the rest of the menu, I thought it was going to be full size. I was incorrect. It was 6”. And the “steak” was way overcooked. It looked more like “steak-um” patties of processed meat than traditional ribeye. And there wasn’t much meat on it at all.The bread was very good. The fries were okay. Reminded me of the ones at Big Boy.They forgot my drink but I’ll take that one as I don’t check. The place is run out of another restaurant as a concept, so I’m not surprised something got missed.I am flabbergasted at how many locations this place has.If you’re in Columbus, OH, don’t bother with this place. Go to Marlow’s. It’s more traditional to Philly, price is better and quality is the best in the city (this is an unsponsored referral).
Oct 05, 2023 · Jeff GillOrdered through door dash. Had a cheese steak and fries. Both were ice cold. The roll was hard on one side. The steak was good I bet it would have been better if it were hot. I am a Philly guy and was excited about a good cheese steak, what a disappointment. Will not order again.
Jan 24, 2025 · Dan DillonI ordered online for lunch to pick en route from one job site to another. Didn’t realize the location was in a mall. Just gave a general address of the mall. Couldn’t find it in the food court. Spent 45 minutes looking for my now cold food. Can’t call cuz you just get a recording. I might be dumb for not being able to find this location but you are left floating in the wind as far as trying get any help from the vendor. Can’t even cancel or get a refund for my order. Enjoy my $20. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering.
Feb 13, 2024 · jeremy sommersWould not order again. For close to $30 we got two 6” cheesesteaks and a bowl of fries. When you only have one thing on your menu, you need to do it well. Our cheesesteaks were underfilled and made with chicken, not steak, even though we ordered the classic and the chipotle cheesesteak. Bread and other ingredients were mediocre.Pick up process was also confusing. We went into Brio and no signage anywhere and no employees there to help- we found our to-go bag sitting on a mini fridge off to the side in the lobby. I also specifically requested utensils/silverware on my order and they were not included.
