Basically, go up the stairs or there is an elevator and once you walk past reception, it's right there.Pros - The fruit has always been fresh and I have always felt they loaded the bowl with all toppings, do not seem to skimp.Cons- There is often only one person working and there can be a little bit of a wait. Also, it is pricier ($15 on average).I will also add I live local so have never tried delivery, but no issues with walking in (minus the occasion wait).

Once I finally got there, I was told I had to order through an app, but the payment system kept failing. There was no one around to assist, and the place felt completely empty and unwelcoming.On top of that, the pricing was inconsistent. A bowl that was supposed to be $17 when ordering through the app ended up being $21 when ordering at the front desk—how does it increase by $4 just because of where you order?Even though I ended up ordering, the entire experience was way too uncomfortable. The menu looked good and the prices seemed fair at first glance, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There are other, better places to goUpdate: I emailed them and they never reply to me so basically a scam

Check in with front desk and put your name on a list. They then point you to the location. Mercedes Club Employees actually more friendly and professional than the actual employees of Playa Bowls.Location is very small, tucked between the lounge area for club members. Two girls working that were not particularly excited to take my order or share insights. One of them was about to leave, so maybe I caught them at a challenging moment. Very transactional interaction.I ordered a half/half bowl with coconut and açaí. Toppings were fairly generous, but I found the coconut base to be warm, chalky & chunky. It actually took away from the great taste of the açaí. Super disappointed as I love coconut, but this just seemed way off. This was my first time, so I don’t know if this is just how it’s prepared.Product: 6/10Service: 6/10Location: 6/10
