I ordered a regular chicken sandwich, and a spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken is getting smaller and smaller. The chicken wasn’t as juicy, either. The regular chicken sandwich was okay, but the spicy one wasn’t spicy at all. I’m quite disappointed. They should really work on their quality control. The staff was okay, but the restaurant was greasy and dirty.

Pretty solid Popeyes location on the Upper East Side. However, first impressions weren’t the best as when me and my friend entered we saw an angry-looking man yelling obscenities and and hobbling around. Thankfully he left, but it was still a disturbing sight as the store was empty. Odd vibes and seems to be way too peaceful for a popular fast food chain. On the bright side, customer service was great and the staff happily provided me with everything I needed. Fast service and wonderful food, though the soda dispensers taste a little weird. Overall good experience except for the odd atmosphere.

Popeyes, count your days! As soon as I opened my bag, I saw this roach in there! Brought this on 7/8/2025 around 12:40pm. This is disgusting! Clean the kitchen for Christ sake. It’s a good thing I didn’t eat my food before seeing that. I will never return to this location again! The grade for this restaurant should be an F, not an A. Do better!

Absolutely terrible experience — I will never return to this Popeyes location. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich that was lukewarm. When I complained, the cashier casually offered to reheat it — which made it inedible. I immediately returned it, and was given a “fresh” sandwich… but it was still mostly greasy breading with barely any chicken. Hands down the worst Popeyes I’ve ever visited.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and a small fries and they charged me $20 and I do not know how these two orders added up to be $20. I opened the orders when I got home. They gave me a order that is buy one get one free order in their restaurant. It takes so hard and over-fried. I do not order this, why it is on my order ? and they just gave me something that they are trying to get rid of by end the day. It is crazy. This kind of business should be shut.
