I had a great experience at this Popeyes! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you hope for. The staff was friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back hereagain

This Popeyes is terrible! We walked in to see a line standing there at the counter and it took the staff almost 10 minutes to serve the first person and take their order. After eventually ordering, we waited an easy 30 minutes for our food. When it arrived, they had messed up our order, but there’s no way I was going to wait on a correct order. The chicken was also dry and over cooked. Also, what’s up with that music selection!? The only positives are that the restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. Won’t be back, and the GM needs to get in there and figure out what is going wrong.

My experience with the Popeyes on Mill Run has varied. They consistently provide quality food, which I appreciate. I've never had a rude experience there, but I do experience apathy occasionally. I personally find the customer experience to be important. I work with the public myself and feel it's important to treat the customer well. I picked up an order tonight, though, through the drive-through at 8:45ish. The gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and pleasant. We discussed the new limited pickle flavor I ordered. The young lady who gave me my order afterward was very pleasant, as well. The traditional wings I ordered were cooked perfectly. This particular experience was a 10/10. If the owner reads this, I would suggest rewarding the people on staff this evening, as they provided excellent customer service and perfectly fried chicken wings.

I personally find the customer experience to be important. I work with the public myself and feel it's important to treat the customer well. I picked up an order tonight, though, through the drive-through at 8:45ish. The gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and pleasant. We discussed the new limited pickle flavor I ordered. The young lady who gave me my order afterward was very pleasant, as well. The traditional wings I ordered were cooked perfectly. This particular experience was a 10/10. If the owner reads this, I would suggest rewarding the people on staff this evening, as they provided excellent customer service and perfectly fried chicken wings.
