This is the worst Popeyes I’ve been to so far. The staff were rude, the environment was dirty, and the food was horrible.The chicken sandwiches I ordered were so small and dry. The chicken was so tough. The buns were cold. The whole thing was just terrible.Will definitely not go there again!

Pitiful, plus pitiful! Served old, old chicken, took it to the counter, was replaced with better looking, old, old chicken! Took that back, mngr gave refund, but they didn't throw it away, girl took it in the back to no doubt, serve to someone else! The first order, she threw away right under the counter, so what does that tell you? Don't leave the restaurant without thoroughly inspecting every piece of your chicken and every item you ordered! They like to bag it up, staple it, and send you out the door with "food waste" in Harlem! Old, inedible chicken, that's been there since last night! You've been warned! This-place-only-exists-to-extract "$$$" from the black community, they couldn't care less about freshness, hygiene, or selling dried out, stale chicken, AND they have a palpable, openly hostile attitude towards their patrons! Even after blacks collectively and enthusiastically reinvigorated their business with the chicken sandwich hype! You want hot, fresh Popeyes? Go to Bergen County NJ, outside Walmart! They consistently deliver flagship-quality, fried chicken, steaming hot, deliciously seasoned, and finger licking good! You WON'T get that ANYWHERE in Manhattan, trust me, I've tried! Avoid this store on 145th unless you're starving and don't have a stove! They couldn't care LESS!

Popeyes was the franchise we wanted for my friends’ get together. My friends and I decided to meet to crunch on a family size box of tenders. This was our last hurrah before two of them go abroad for their vacation. In our meeting, we stacked delicious chicken tenders, crisp to the bite. We also loaded them with BBQ sauce, which added to the Buffalo flavor of the famous Popeyes tenders. Customer service was accommodating, quick and had an easy transaction. It is good to be nice to the servers, we all need to be kind to get the best service from Popeyes. In addition, we had biscuits, but they were eaten before given a chance to display. They were that good. Thank you Popeyes!
