Staffs are friendly and order came out quick. Food tastes good and reasonable quantity/quality unlike some popeyes location that degrade both recently. Downside is the store was dirty and although friendly, staffs made a lot of mistakes with order; forgetting our sides and sauces. Make sure you thoroughly check your order is correct or keep receipt if you come here.

I feared for my life going into this location. There was a bunch of kids making a ruckus in there and this location felt so unsafe. I have grown up in the projects so I have seen it all , but they need to have security. They were making a mess, goofing around as if they didn't have nowhere else to go. Some kid just cut me off and blocked me from getting my drink. But then he tripped and almost fell. I wanted to laugh as karma just smacked him in the face and he almost hit the sign and everyone was laughing. I don't think I would ever go back unless I carry a stun gun. Horrible location.

These idiots are COMPLETELY incapable of making an order correctly. I've ordered here at least 10 times over the past year, and not a single order was error-free. How hard is it to make an order correctly? Even McDonalds has a better error rate than them.If you must get food here, do so in person because your delivery order WILL contain an error.

Very dirty location. The front door has so many fingerprints I had to use my coat to open the door. Then they forgot all the sauces and napkins for my order. I had to come back. Plus look at my honey bbq wings. They just barely threw some sauce on top and keep it moving. When I went on line and asked for my sauces and napkin the employee who initially gave me the food asked me if I needed anything. I politely told her “yeah, the sauces and napkins are missing”. She just looked at me. Another employee came about 2 minutes later and asked the same thing but she helped me. I will not return to this location.

The food is not bad and as good at any other Popeyes but I am giving one star because they have a bathroom that has been continuously out of service for moths which is horrible and unsanitary in these continuing times of COVID. People who want to dine in should be able to properly wash there hands and use a clean operating rest room ESPECIALLY if the restaurant already has one! FIX THIS URGENT SANITARY AND HEATH MATTER ASAP!!!!!IN 2025 THE BATHROOM SITUATION IS STILL NOT CORRECTED!ON THE APP SPECIALS LIKE FOR MARDI GRA DAYS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO ORDER AT THIS LOCATION THAT ONLY SHOWS ONE CHOICE AVAILABLE WHEN OTHER LOCATIONS SHOW AND GIVE THE OPTION TO ORDER ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS WITH THE APP! IF YOU DON'T FIX THIS PEOPLE WILL LEAVE AND GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS TO DO BUSINESS THAT DON'T GIVE GOOD CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS AND AGGRAVATION!
